"This is my third year running a Butter Braid
fundraiser. I am from a small community. I am at
a 7-12 school with an enrollment of 410 students and about 80% of our
students qualify
for
free or reduced lunch. During the first year running the fundraiser I
wasn't sure if it would be successful; however we did very well. In
fact, we have always sold once in the fall and again in the spring
semester. I have only heard positive feedback and each time we sell
people ask did you order extra or when will you sell again.
I personally like the Butter Braid fundraiser because it is
something different. I don't like ordering items from a catalog because
I am never satisfied with the product. Although the idea is to support
the students, I feel that with Butter Braid pastries you get both. You help the
students and in return receive a delicious dessert or breakfast item.
This item is great to have during the holidays when you don't have time
to make something extra for a quick breakfast food. You lay
it out the night before and in the morning it is ready to bake
.
As I said, I have had success with Butter Braid pastries for three years now
and each year I hear nothing but positive comments from our customers.
